Booking Policy

Reservations
All bookings are made by phone on 027 226 0290. Your booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit and sent you a written confirmation.
Deposits and payment
A deposit of 30% of the total is required to secure your dates. The balance is due 14 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 14 days before arrival, full payment is due at the time of booking.
Cancellations and changes
- More than 30 days before arrival: full refund of your deposit.
- 14 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total is charged.
- Less than 14 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total is charged.
We are happy to move your dates wherever we can. Please call us as early as possible.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request.
Guests
Koru Hills is an adults-only property. Families with children are welcome when they book the entire property; please talk to our team before booking.
Casino

Your stay
Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the domes, the lodge or the grounds. Smoking is not permitted indoors. We may refuse service or ask a guest to leave if their behaviour puts other guests, our team or the property at risk.
Casino
- The casino operates in accordance with the Gambling Act 2003.
- Only people aged 20 and over may enter the casino. Photo ID may be requested.
- We may refuse entry or ask a guest to leave the casino under our host responsibility policy, including where a guest appears intoxicated or at risk of gambling harm.
- Guests may request self-exclusion at any time. We will honour exclusion requests and orders made under the Act.
- We do not provide credit for gambling.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. To the extent permitted by law, Koru Hills is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or your stay.
